Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist department manager to lead and direct the entire Sales staff while working as a Finance/Desk Manager
  • Supervise and manage sales team to ensure and verify they are prospecting and networking on a daily basis to solicit new customers
  • Must have a thorough knowledge, be proficient with and enforce the companies "Road to the Sale" and sales process
  • Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals
  • Review, manage and update customer database as required for the sales team
  • Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts
  • Promote the success of the company, store and sales team

Job Requirements:

  • Prior Finance or Insurance experience (even outside of automotive)
  • Prior Automotive Sales Management experience a plus.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
  • MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to "close"

Automotive Title Clerk

Lahti's Jeep has an opening for a Title Clerk. This position will be responsible for accurately documenting all title, registration, and vehicle owner information. This position will best be suited to an individual with great customer service skills, attention to detail, and someone who is experienced with Word, Excel, and other computer programs. Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Post accounting entries related to all DMV and wholesale transactions
  • Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the dealership
  • Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system
  • Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information
  • Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's vision, mission, and value in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Prior Customer Service experience
  • Previous dealership title clerk experience is a plus, but willing to train
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Computer proficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Chrysler level 2 or 3 Certification or ASE Master Certification required
  • All certifications must be current
  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience
  • Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC systems
