Jeep Wave Program in Leominster, MA

Beginning with 2021 model year, all new purchases of a Jeep are automatically enrolled into the Jeep Wave® program. For 2016-2020 model year vehicles, only select vehicles are automatically enrolled into the program: the program:

• Wrangler and Gladiator - all trim levels
• Grand Cherokee ‑ Overland, Summit, SRT®, Trailhawk®, Trackhawk® and High Altitude trim levels
• Cherokee, Compass and Renegade ‑ Trailhawk trim level

Membership for Jeep Wave® included as part of a new vehicle purchase, begins on the vehicle's in-service date. For those who purchase Jeep Wave, membership starts on the date of membership purchase.

Owners of 2015 model year and newer Jeep® Brand vehicles not already enrolled in the Jeep Wave® program can do so for an additional cost via the Jeep Wave page in the Care section of their owner account or by visiting Lahti's Jeep.

Yes. Members can have an unlimited number of memberships so long as they have qualifying vehicles. Each membership is linked to a specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Yes. Our Central Massachusetts owners are able to renew their membership using the buy-in function on the owner site. Owners who are opted in to receive Jeep Wave® communications will be given advance notice of their membership end date and instructions on renewal.  Owners will also be notified of the opportunity to renew on their Jeep Wave account page.

If the vehicle is sold, the Jeep Wave® membership for all membership types, along with any unused benefits, is null and void.

Jeep Wave® members can schedule services at Lahti's Jeep in Leominster, MA to redeem their oil change and tire rotation services.

The Plan will reimburse up to $1,000/event for lodging, meals and emergency transportation such as taxi, bus or airline for the member and their family if (1) their vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered under this Plan or under the factory warranty and (2) you are more than 100 miles from the address of record. Lodging, meals and emergency transportation receipts must accompany a copy of repair bill and must be mailed to Vehicle Protection, P.O. Box 2700, Troy, Michigan 48007‑2700. There is no maximum number of events that can be covered.

First Day Rental Allowance provides $40.00 car rental allowance if the vehicle is to be serviced for any same day mechanical repair or maintenance service (excluding bodywork). Vehicles kept overnight are not eligible for First Day Rental. Please note: Excludes rental for bodywork to the exterior sheet metal/composite panel or frame collision repairs.
The rental vehicle must be obtained from Lahti's Jeep. If we do not have rental vehicles available, you may obtain one from a licensed rental agency. Rental coverage is subject to state and local laws and policies imposed by the rental agency. Rental charges in excess of the amount allowed by the plan are the member’s responsibility. The plan is not responsible for any refusal of a rental agency to rent avehicle to you.
